Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan for requirement phase at the beginning of the project
• Conduct requirement in requirement gathering workshop
• Analyze business flow and user requirement
• Document the client’s business requirements in detail
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents
• Communicate with end user, department to clarify business and support if there is any change requirements from end user
• Communicate with development team to ensure correct requirement understanding during implementation
• Support development team to communicate with the end user regarding implementation QA/Issue
• Compose related documents, such as: Requirement Traceability, User Manual, UAT Training…
• Prepare training material, UAT plan for team members, end user
• Execute the UAT to ensure functionalities works as expected
• Support end user after launching software products

Requirements:

Knowledge, skills and experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the BA role.
• Work experience in deployment and operation role is a plus.
• Ability to write the SRS documentation releating to High Level Requirement, Use Cases, Screen Description, workflow, diagram.
• Ability to use any UI/ UX design tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, and so on.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine the best solutions.
• Logical thinking, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
