During his first business trip to Vietnam on July 14, Mr. Paul Gracey – Vice President and Head of Greater Asia Print Category, alongside Mr. Chin Eng Tee – Head of Greater Asia Office Print Category, and the leadership team of HP Vietnam, held a working session with Synnex FPT at the FPT Tan Thuan building. The event served as an opportunity for both parties to discuss development strategies for the printer category, while aligning on cooperative directions for a new phase of growth.
At the meeting, Synnex FPT’s leadership shared an overview of their distribution capabilities, business development orientation for the next three years, and plans to expand the HP printer category for the 2027–2029 period. Both sides also discussed market opportunities, growth-driving solutions, and the role of close collaboration between manufacturer and distributor in enhancing competitive advantages in Vietnam.
Within the framework of the program, Synnex FPT proposed that HP enhance its marketing support activities, develop the distribution channel network, provide staff training, and implement sales promotion programs. HP representatives highly appreciated Synnex FPT’s development orientations, while expressing their desire to continue partnering to build effective cooperation programs, contributing to realizing the shared growth targets of both sides in the coming years.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for HP to gain deeper insights into Synnex FPT’s execution capabilities, distribution network, and long-term development strategy in the Vietnamese market. The discussed and agreed-upon contents will serve as a foundation for both parties to implement specific cooperation programs, aiming toward the sustainable growth of the printer category in the 2027–2029 period.
Through the coordination between HP and Synnex FPT, both parties expect sales of the HP printer category in Vietnam to grow strongly during the 2027–2029 period, continuing to expand market coverage and deliver more value to their network of partners and customers nationwide.
